Profile

Dan has over 18 years experience in the health and performance coaching industries. Originally trained as an intensive care nurse Dan spent several years caring for and assisting heart attack patients, heart surgery patients, cancer patients and victims of road and industrial accidents. A desire to improve the well being of his patients and an interest in preventing stress related diseases led Dan to begin his study into behavioural science and psychology in the early 1990’s. Dan developed a special interest in working with managers and executives and completed his Professional Doctorate in Counselling and Performance Psychology. Dan was one of the first Psychologists in Australia to complete a Doctorate level research study on the benefits of Executive and Management Coaching. Dan uses a ‘positive psychology’ and solution focused approach to develop managerial competencies and to assist team leaders, supervisors and executives to attain higher levels of work-life performance.
